You will only be contacted regarding this project. I will not send you any marketing correspondence, nor will I sell or give your information to anyone else.
If you chose “Other” for the last question, please tell me which neighborhood you would like a map of. Please note, this will have to be made from scratch, so it will cost more than the standard $100.
This will be a small logo representing the neighborhood in your map placed just above the bottom text. Streng Bros. Homes neighborhood logos can be seen HERE. Eichler Homes neighborhood logos can be seen HERE.
Examples of these color schemes can be found HERE.
Please choose 3 colors that will contrast well. Additional colors may cost more. Hex or RGB codes preferred.
This is usually used to indicate your own home, or the home of whomever you intend to give the map to. But it can be any single shape you want.
If you answered yes to the previous question, and would like one of the shapes on your map to be a pop color, please tell me what color you would like it to be. Hex or RGB codes preferred, but I can also match pretty well to a paint color, if needed.
You don’t need to provide this now. But I will need it for invoicing purposes before I can provide you with a project proposal.
Please look at the example at the top of the page to see what the text would normally look like. It typically consists of (from top to bottom) the neighborhood name, city and state, years the development was built, home type, builder and architect firm(s).
If you answered yes to the previous question, please tell me exactly what the text should say. Be as specific as possible. Other than the text content, case (uppercase/lowercase), style (plain, bold, or italic), line breaks, etc. would be very helpful.
Digital files are included with all neighborhood map commissions. Posters, foam board prints, framed artwork, and many other options are available for an additional charge.
If you chose anything other than “Digital files” in the previous question, please let me know what you would like. While print type and size, frame parameters, etc. are very helpful, it’s ok if you don’t have this information yet. I will reach out to you to talk about options, pricing, and lead times.
One opportunity to revise your map is included in the standard $100 price. Additional revisions will cost more.
Skip this step if you don’t have a deadline. Most neighborhood map projects take about 3 days to complete, depending on the number of revisions, and any other projects already in my schedule.
This could be having more than one pop color, adding/removing some squares or a street, adding more logos, adding a label to one or more of the squares, removing the bottom text, etc.
